Questions about plans and billing
01 How are plans billed? Do you issue invoices for Argentine companies?
We invoice all plans directly. If your company is in Argentina, you receive Invoice A or B according to your tax status, with applicable VAT added to the price, and you pay by bank transfer or digital payment methods. If you are outside Argentina, we invoice in U.S. dollars and you pay by credit card. In both cases you receive your receipt.
02 Do USD prices include VAT?
Published prices do not include VAT. VAT is added for Argentine customers according to tax status. International customers: invoicing in USD by credit card.
03 What is a page and how is it counted?
One page equals one processed page. A 3-page PDF uses 3 pages from your plan. Pages renew each month and don't roll over: if you process less one month, your quota resets the next month.
04 What if I run out of pages mid-month?
We notify you before you reach the limit. When pages run out, new documents cannot be uploaded until you buy an additional pack, upgrade (prorated), or your next period starts. Already processed data remains available.
05 Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime (prorated). You can downgrade: the change applies at the next billing period. You can cancel without penalties; access continues until the end of the paid period.
06 Is there a trial on paid plans?
You don't need one: the Free plan includes 50 lifetime pages with no card, so you can test the platform with your own documents before subscribing to any paid plan.
07 Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Accounting firms and high-volume companies get special terms. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a proposal for your case.
