01 Does it recognize ARCA electronic invoices in PDF?
Yes — both PDFs from electronic invoicing systems and scans or photos of printed documents.
02 Does it detect the CAE?
Yes. It extracts the CAE and its expiration date when present on the document.
03 Does it work for Argentine bank and card statements?
It's on our roadmap and coming soon. Today, full support is for invoices (A, B, C, and MiPyME) and receipts. If bank statements are critical to your operation, contact us on WhatsApp — we prioritize development based on user demand.
04 How is the service invoiced to an Argentine company?
With Invoice A or B issued by LAB 9 S.A.S. (tax ID 30-71742170-8), with VAT per current regulations and payment by bank transfer or Mercado Pago. For clients outside Argentina, billing is in US dollars from our U.S. entity.
05 Do USD prices include VAT?
Published prices do not include VAT. For locally invoiced Argentine companies, applicable VAT is added — if you're a registered VAT taxpayer, you take it as a tax credit.
