Questions about plans and billing
01 How are plans billed? Do you issue invoices for Argentine companies?
Yes. Argentine companies receive Invoice A or B issued by LAB 9 S.A.S. (tax ID 30-71742170-8), with payment by bank transfer or Mercado Pago. Clients outside Argentina are billed in US dollars from our U.S. entity, with credit card payment.
02 Do USD prices include VAT?
Published prices do not include VAT. For locally invoiced Argentine companies, applicable VAT is added — if you're a registered VAT taxpayer, you take it as a tax credit.
03 What is a page and how is it counted?
One page equals one processed page. A 3-page PDF uses 3 pages from your plan. Pages renew each month and don't roll over: if you process less one month, your quota resets the next month.
04 What if I run out of pages mid-month?
You can buy extra page packs instantly or upgrade your plan at any time. Processing is never interrupted without warning.
05 Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, and cancel with no penalties or extra charges. Your access stays active through the end of the billed period.
06 Is there a trial on paid plans?
You don't need one: the Free plan includes 50 lifetime pages with no card, so you can test the platform with your own documents before subscribing to any paid plan.
07 Are there annual or volume discounts?
Yes. Accounting firms and high-volume companies get special terms on annual Business and Enterprise plans. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a proposal for your case.
