Principles
Six concrete commitments
Encryption in transit and at rest
All communication travels over TLS, and documents and extracted data are stored encrypted. No one intercepts or reads your documents in transit.
Account isolation
Your account's documents and data are accessible only to users in your account. Neither other customers nor third parties can view them.
Roles and permissions
You define who uploads, who reviews, and who administers. Each team member sees and does only what their role allows.
Documents are not used to train third-party models
Your documents are used to process your work, not to train other people's models. We do not sell or share your information for commercial purposes.
Data retention under your control
You can delete individual documents or your entire account whenever you want. When deleted, documents are no longer available and are purged from our systems according to our retention policy.
AWS / Google Cloud infrastructure
We process on leading cloud providers (AWS and Google Cloud), with the physical and logical security standards of those environments — certified internationally by the providers themselves, not by Quoryks.

Security questions
01 Where are my documents stored?
On AWS and Google Cloud infrastructure, linked only to your account. If your company has specific data residency requirements, contact us and we will evaluate your case.
02 Are my documents encrypted?
Yes. All communication with the platform travels over TLS, and documents and extracted data are stored encrypted at rest.
03 What happens if I delete a document or cancel my account?
You can export your data before canceling. When you delete a document or close your account, it is no longer available and is removed from our systems according to our retention policy.
04 Can the Quoryks team see my documents?
Only users in your account, according to the roles you define. The Quoryks team does not access your documents unless you explicitly request support, and that access is limited to the specific case.
05 Are my documents used to train artificial intelligence models?
We do not use your documents to train third-party models. AI processing is performed to extract your data and return it to you, not to feed external models.
06 How does Quoryks relate to Argentina's Law 25.326?
We apply personal data protection measures aligned with Law 25.326 and its complementary regulations. For specific compliance questions or to exercise rights of access, rectification, or deletion, contact us through the channels listed in our privacy policy.
07 I'm an accounting firm handling third-party documentation. How does Quoryks cover me?
Account isolation and roles let you separate each client's documentation and control which team member accesses what. You can also delete a specific client's documentation when the relationship ends. If you need a confidentiality or data processing agreement for your firm, contact us and we will evaluate it.
